Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

DoughPlan ("we", "us") makes back-of-house production-planning software for home and micro bakeries. We built DoughPlan to be privacy-light by default. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

The short version: No advertising trackers. No cookies for analytics. We don't sell your data. Your bake plans live in your own browser, not on our servers. We only store the few things we genuinely need to run the service (your email if you sign up or subscribe, and anonymous usage counts).

What we collect

Service providers we use

We rely on a small set of reputable processors, each only for its stated purpose:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

DoughPlan does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly-necessary technical storage (such as the localStorage your browser uses to keep your own bake plans) is used only to make the app work.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Email hello@doughplan.com and we'll action it promptly. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, those rights are yours by law and we honour them regardless of where you live.

Data retention

We keep your email and subscription record for as long as your account is active, and remove it on request or a reasonable time after you stop using the service. Anonymous event counts may be retained indefinitely as aggregate statistics, since they identify no one.

Children

DoughPlan is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
